I was going to say New Motto, but I'm not sure that I've ever actually had a motto before.  Anyhow, through the course of our regularly scheduled Monday Morning Meeting (which I HATE btw), Brandi had a thought.  It wasn't quite epiphany level, but it was way better than just cool, so I am going to steal it and make it my motto.
